As previously mentioned, all CRV Industries aluminium cladding panels are processed on state-of-the-art flatbed CNC machines. Upon completion of the grooving and cutting phase our aluminium cladding panels then move to the sub assembly area of our factory.
It is at this point where CRV Industries skilled assembly staff, form up the finished panels applying the required fixing angles and stiffening supports as required ready for site installation. These completed panels are then quality inspected and packed ready for delivery to your site.
At CRV Industries, this in house preparation process of your aluminium cladding panels allows us to not only constantly monitor the quality of your panels at each phase, but it gives you the client, peace of mind that no matter what the prevailing site weather conditions your project is still progressing.
